How long will it take me to become fluent?

Learning the Japanese language is a complex and challenging journey that requires significant time, dedication, and focused study to achieve fluency. Mastering the writing systems, grammar structures, and vocabulary takes patience and persistence. In addition, progress ultimately depends on the student’s effort and commitment to learning the language. However, the school is dedicated to supporting every learner by providing comprehensive materials, personalized guidance, and a nurturing environment to ensure the best possible learning experience. Through this approach, we’ve observed that students who complete the N5 level are already able to communicate and construct sentences in Japanese, laying a solid foundation for further growth.

What is the best way to learn the language?

Memorization and repetition are essential techniques for making learning Japanese a bit easier, helping students internalize vocabulary, kanji, and sentence patterns. Consistent daily practice reinforces understanding and gradually builds fluency, allowing learners to progress more steadily. By staying dedicated and practicing regularly, students can strengthen their language skills and gain confidence in communication.

How much time should I dedicate to studying outside of class?

To achieve better results in learning Japanese, it’s highly recommended to dedicate additional hours of study outside of class. Consistent practice and longer study sessions reinforce what is learned in lessons, helping students retain vocabulary, master kanji, and improve listening and speaking skills. The more time students invest in self-study, review, and immersion activities, the faster they build confidence and progress toward fluency.
